Please contact us for prices. There is an additional one-off fee per booking for cleaning, and a further nightly charge if you need to use the sofa bed - the Annexe can sleep up to 4 people.

We will require payment up front in order to secure your booking. You can cancel free of charge at any point up to 5pm three days before your arrival.

The red boxes in the calendar show the dates the Annexe is currently unavailable.
